Crunchy Chili Flake Kale Chips

Eating greens might not be what comes to mind when you think about snacking. But, these crunchy kale chips, seasoned with just a kick of spice, might make you think twice. A super easy, quick prep side, kale chips go with just about any main course dish. These might even be a fun addition to add to your traditional Thanksgiving spread. Kale Chips

  • Set the oven to 400 degrees
  • Wash and pat the kale leaves dry
  • Cut them into pieces if you like
  • Spread them on a baking sheet
  • Lightly drizzle with EVOO
  • Add a few dashes of garlic powder
  • Sprinkle on some crushed red pepper- aka chili flake
  • Season with a bit of salt and pepper
  • Bake until crispy, about 20-30 minutes
