For a mom and tot sized serving
Simply juice 2 juicy red tomatoes, a green bell pepper, and a cup or two of purple cabbage.
If you can, go for organically or home-grown produce. I like to shop farmer’s markets and local farmstands for the freshest, least modified selections. And of course, to build your child’s interest in drinking the juice, give your little helper an important job, like gathering the ingredients, washing the vegetables, or pouring the delicious drinks.
